…And BrandPages

When are we all gonna see this? I am very curious. The embeddable tweets is a nice feature. Could be cool if you were wanting to do some testimonials, you could totally incorporate it in this way.

YouTube 'Cosmic Panda'

Another preview of a redesign by Google Inc., this one for YouTube, and it’s difficult to not like the UI improvements.

Oh yea, they got that new-new for you.

On another note, sorry for the light posts today and the past week or so; I am working on laying out a bazillion pages for a corporate website that will consume my soul for the next month, haha.

Seems the YMCA pulled a Radio Shack and are rebranding themselves “The Y”:
The Y’s former logo had been in place since 1967 and was the organization’s sixth since its inception. The refreshed logo, with its multiple color options and new, contemporary look, better reflects the vibrancy of the Y and the diversity of the communities it serves. The new logo’s bold, active and welcoming shape symbolizes the Y’s commitment to personal and social progress.—The Y Press Release

Who the hell is this guy?

Who the hell is this guy?

Oh wow, someone's actually reading this? OK, this is happening. My name is Alex and I'm a designer with slight anti-social tendencies. I'm black, live in the DFW metroplex, work at an ad agency, and drink alone in the dark on week nights. While being black, I write this blog as a creative outlet when not starting flame wars over the best episode of Battlestar Galactica (Gaeta's Uprising or The Final Five Revelation of course). I share interactive & design inspiration, the latest in pop culture, movies, and general nerdery.

I am currently unmarried and live alone. I make egg sandwiches and have no pets. I like eating tacos with no pants as well.
